Guys, I just really think that the time has come to finally post a whole fashion post again. Personal thoughts have to stay aside, here comes the FASHION:
This is a verrrry funny collage of AW´s (how we super-cool fashion-wanna-bes like to call Alexander Wang) pre-fall collection.I love the cuts and that he isn´t afraid to go for the obvious black - because, when it comes down it: of course everyone would love to wear bright, sizzling colours in winter, but honestly - would you really walk around among black and grey coats with a pink coat and a bright yellow dress? No, I don´t think so. As you might not know, I am a total waistcoat girl. I think that they are just the perfect way to play with that masculine, androgyn side and still keep it chique and laid-back.
The hair kinda reminds me of Lanvin´s F/W 2010:
Maybe I´ll be posting more picture of this collection, but I have to say that despite my love for Alber´s work, I am not really fond of this one. The whole collection is just, you know nice. Because, when it comes to Elbaz´s mastepieces you can´t really say that they are hideous or not made in a creative kinda way.
Maybe I will have to add something personal:
This friday I am gong to attend this black-tie event, and I am having a little dress-crisis. Because, I am so sick of those sandals I bought myself one year ago in Paris, because they cut into my flesh and leave me wounded like I have spent all my life in them. So, I really am looking forward to buy myself a long, flowy evening dress that does not require high heels. Because at those events, you walk a lot and this doesn´t go well with 14-inches.
If I could buy myself any dress, then this lovely, red Valentino number would be my favourite:
