
As I am currently suffering from the biggest hang-over of my life, I just want to list my tips for moments like this.
1. Have a long lie-in if your schedule allows it.
2. Move slowly - otherwise you end up like myself, balancing through the bus trying to grasp some old man´s hand, because I felt so dizzy.
3. Drink stuff with lemons in it - it is refreshing and also highly recommended by my lovely cousin with whom I earned myself this disastrous state I am in right now.
4. Stay away from anything like alcohol!
5. Relax, catch as much fresh air as possible, watch your favourite TV series (Seattle Grace, I am coming!!) and enjoy a good read - simple things will do you the best.
And generally, do not drink & drive.
Plus: Drinking water between cocktails helps a lot (gosh, I am such a hypocrite;)).
