Well, let´s talk about the florence & the machine concert I went to last night.
For all of you who don´t know the group: they are british, their music is perfect for dancing and (!) chilling and they even got the brit award for best album last year .(http://www.florenceandthemachine.net/)
I went with my cousin, her boyfriend and her friend - we had so much fun.
While I balanced my beer in one hand and my bag (you know the vintage, black one) and grey coat (maybe there is going to be a pic of it sometime) in the other one I climbed up the stairs till we reached the perfect place. It was so awesome, just to sit there, listen to great music, chat to my lovely cousin and I was simply enjoying the moment.
Florence, oh my gosh, that girl rocks! She gave it all and jumped, danced, sang and drummed her ass off. I was in awe of her beautiful red hair (and haircut: btw, I´d love to have bangs like she does, but they don´t look well on me) and her unique style. As far as I can tell (which means as good as I saw her, because I forgot my glasses and otherwise I am a bit shortsighted - I often recognize that I met certain people, but didn´t greet them, because I literally saw through them) she wore a loose black shirt and a very fluffy and swingy skirt. To spice things up she added a silver, big necklace. I tried to get a glimpse of her shoes as I expected something special, but as I looked at her feet I found out she was barefooted. Which was quite impressive, because we had like 6 or 7 C°. But she looked so perfectly dreamy and hippie-like, that it fitted just right. Her moves were fantastic and her voice - oh my freakin´ god - that girl can sing!!! Her voice gave me goose bumps...
